Trapped in a seedy LA apartment, Franklin Franklin (Matt Lucas) has a dead landlord on the kitchen floor and is surrounded by eccentric neighbors: the delinquent (Johnny Knoxville) the wanna-be stripper (Juno Temple) and the artist (James Caan).
