Djam Karet biography. Founded in California, USA in 1984 - Still active as of 2019. One of the first new prog bands to emerge on the 80's and 90's scene. The music is hard to categorize, switching among many different moods and styles, sometimes with psychedelic influences.
Djam Karet was founded in 1984, and continue making new music even to this day. So far, they have released 20 full-length albums, including the newest release "Islands In The Red Night Sky" (as well as 31 minor releases, EPs and compilations).
