Jimmy Stafford was an original member of Train, a Grammy Award winning band, from 1994 to 2016. He also released two solo albums, "No Man's Land" and "Shine Like The Sun", after leaving Train and pursuing his passion for music.
On October 8, 2016, lead guitarist Jimmy Stafford posted on Twitter that he had left the band. Although he performed "Play That Song" and other new songs from the album prior to its release, he did not play on the new album. Stafford quoted on Twitter that "We're both in a great space.
