Bonet grew up in Los Angeles, California, as the middle child of seven siblings and studied classical music from an early age, playing the violin. [2] . Her father, Allen Bonet, was an opera singer and her mother also a musician. [3]
Inspired by afro futurism, existentialism and interdimensional travel, Kadhja’s songs are world building exercises with the goal of uncovering relatable connective tissues.
