Ding Zhongli (Chinese: 丁仲礼; pinyin: Dīng Zhònglǐ; born 14 January 1957) is a Chinese geologist and officeholder, who is the chairman of the China Democratic League and a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
Prof. Ding served as director of IGGCAS from 2000 to 2007. He was elected a CAS Member in 2005, and Chairman of the Chinese National Committee for the International Geosphere-Biosphere Program (CNC-IGBP) in 2008.

Ding Zhongli, born in January 1957, is chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. He was a member of the Standing Committees of the 11th and 12th NPC.
He is presently a professor and the director of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, CAS, and the vice-chairman of the Chinese Quaternary Science Committee. Ding Zhongli has been working on paleoclimatology and the Chinese loess deposits for over 20 years.
