Jean-Jacques Bertrand (French pronunciation: [ʒɑ̃ ʒɑk bɛʁtʁɑ̃]; June 20, 1916 – February 22, 1973) was the 21st premier of Quebec, from October 2, 1968, to May 12, 1970. He led the Union Nationale party.

Jean-Jacques Bertrand is known for, among other things, continuing the educational reforms instituted by the Liberals under Jean Lesage (1960-1966). Constitutionally, he was considered a strong nationalist and a defender of Quebec rights. He saw Canada as a country of two cultures and two nations.
Biographie. Né à Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, le 20 juin 1916, fils de Lorenzo Bertrand, chef de gare et télégraphiste, et de Bernadette Bertrand. Étudia au Collège Sacré-Cœur à Sainte-Agathe, au Juvénat des Oblats à Ottawa, au Séminaire de Saint-Hyacinthe, puis aux universités d'Ottawa et de Montréal.
