Hernán Larraín Fernández (born September 21, 1947) is a conservative Chilean lawyer, university lecturer, and politician; he served as the Chilean Minister of Justice and Human rights, appointed by president Sebastián Piñera, between 2018 and 2022.

Hernán Larraín Matte (born 24 December 1974) is a Chilean lawyer and politician involved in centre-right politics. Larraín is an adjunct professor at the Adolfo Ibáñez University and during Sebastián Piñera's first government (2010–2014) he was presidential advisor.
Hernán Larraín is a former minister of justice and human rights, former senator, and former president of the Independent Democratic Union Party in Chile. He is a member of The Dialogue, a network of global leaders who promote peace and security.
Mr Larraín has been nominated by his peers as “best senator” (2002, 2005, 2007), President of his party (2006-2008) and President of the Senate (2004-2005). Today he is chairman of two Senate commissions: Agriculture and Ethics and Transparency, and is member of Constitution, Law and Justice, and of Foreign Attairs.
