After establishing his 12-year career in real estate development, Jerry Katell opened Katell Properties, LLC in 1976 and developed over five million sq. ft. of office, industrial and commercial real estate projects in Southern California including Agoura Hills Business Park, Valencia Technology Park and Chesterfield Square.
