Dan Franck est un écrivain et scénariste français. Etudiant en sociologie à l'Université de la Sorbonne, et fait quelques petits boulots avant de commencer ce qui lui tient à cœur, le métier d'écrivain. Il reçoit le prix du premier roman en 1980 pour "Les Calendes grecques", puis le prix Renaudot en 1991 pour "La Séparation".
