When an agent is killed in a car bomb and it appears he was with a known Asian criminal, Mancuso has to find out if the man is clean or not. Initially Mancuso learns that the device used is property of the CIA, so he goes to a man he knows at the Agency and tells him that there's so many of them floating around anyone could have gotten it.
