When Max is bummed about spending his birthday away from his mom, Alvin throws Max a surprise birthday party - and invites his mom as the big surprise. But when Max's mom overhears all the crazy and dangerous things the Ackermans have gotten into with Max, she declares Max is going back home to Vermont.
