Christopher K. Chase-Dunn (born January 10, 1944, Corvallis, Oregon) is an American sociologist best known for his contributions to world-systems theory.
Christopher Chase-Dunn is Distinguished Professor of Sociology and Director of the Institute for Research on World-Systemsat the University of California-Riverside. He received his Ph.D in Sociology from Stanford University in 1975.
