I found the pastor I was referring to, spoke with him on the phone, and had my original impressions confirmed - he is serving the Lord elsewhere, outside the GCA movement. Logged.

I was saying all along how i was treated by mark darling and evergreen church and the things i seen going on and marks preoccupation with the single women of the church and i made a complaint against mark darling to Brent Knox in 1991 and i was kicked out of the church and in 2009 posted on the decommissioned forum and included where Mark Darling hanging all over young single girls in the church.
Perhaps this topic is not relevant to the general decommissioned discussion, but I don't understand how it is "stooping low". This seems to be a very public story. I don't know this family, but my heart goes out to them and it made me want to pray for them, their son, and the victim's family. I don't see how that is "stooping low".

Much talk here about the accusations made by Scout. In light of recent information coming forward, it seems reasonable to ask these questions of the accuser.
I think it was at the DeCommissioned blog where there was discussion of deciding where to plant GCM churches. Over at the 9 Marks blog there's been an interesting discussion on this same topic today of where is a strategic place to plant a church.
