Should give you an indication of what it cant communicate with. If not a net routing issue, then antivirus and firewall could be blocking talking to the external servers.

May 15, 2018 · You need to "use" the token, by right-clicking on it, to add it to your mounts. You then open your "Abilities" menu, go to "Mounts" (or is it Vehicles?) and drag it to a skillbar slot to use it. (Or you can use it directly from the Abilities menu or the Random Mount function).
