Career Trial for Employers. Assess jobseekers' job fit through a short-term trial before offering employment. What is Career Trial about? Career Trial is part of the suite of career services offered by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and the Employment and Employability Institute (NTUC’s e2i).
During and after the completion of the Career Trial, you must submit the TA claims on behalf of your approved jobseeker through the Career Trial portal. The TA will be disbursed directly to the jobseeker’s bank account once it is approved.
