Apr 16, 2021 · Point but he was on the younger side and someone like Hrithik broke out in the same era. Jimmy just didn't have the kind of backing that Hrithik had. Even other actors who came in 2000s like Shahid Kapoor and Emraan Hashmi did relatively well. I am surprised Jimmy didn't get more romantic lead roles.

Feb 7, 2019 · Jimmy Shergill was very good looking when launched, even better than SRK (much better). He is extremely talented. He should have been a huge superstar had he not been in the Uday Chopra bracket. (Like Sid and Varun are in Same bracket, like Imran and Ranbir were once upon a time..).

Jimmy was by far the most unpleasant person of all the ones I worked with. Many stupid demands and a haughtiness when dealing with reporters or other crew members. His team (spotboy, MUH) would demand separate spaces for him to sit in or to book rooms for him at 5* hotels if there was even so much as a 1-2 hour shoot scheduled at the hotel.
