Oct 26, 2023 · I’m officially done with EzBuy! I used their ship for me service (US). Only 1 out of 8 items arrived and they claimed they can’t find it. I showed them the photo proof of delivery and they couldn’t do anything. EzBuy should be investigated for their atrocities in shocking customer service, goods protection and customer data violation.
Jan 28, 2021 · Shopee - Newest and most peoples “go to”. Items are cheap, some are local, some ships from overseas. Taobao - Chinas biggest and cheapest market. Cheap but downside is having to understand chinese. Ezbuy - im not too familiar with this one. Lazada - used to be Singapores biggest market but recently slacked off due to shopee having better deals.

Scammed by EZbuy. 7th November - Bought a prime membership for $99, wherein offer was I get $40 as cash voucher. Used the voucher to order a gaming chair and a bookshelf (paid additional $65 after the $40 cash voucher)

What's your experience with Ezbuy? Been using them to forward items from USA and China in the past one year with no issues. But since the recent 11:11 sales, shipment time has increased significantly, it's almost impossible to reach a customer representation, and the shipment from the USA seems to be inflated weights for items which I've bought ...
ezbuy is hit or miss if you want items fast. sometimes it's fast and delivered within a week and sometimes it can take a few weeks to a month. The agent might not send the item right away, so even if you get the fastest air shipping, might still be delayed.
Oct 13, 2023 · Shipping seems to be slower for my current 2 orders. I use ezbuy n ezship Ezbuy order placed on 20 Sept. They reply me on 29 Sept that item started shipping from China as seller sent wrong item previously. Haven't receive Another ezship order on month end. No news too. Should be sailing

Nov 8, 2019 · 20th November - ezbuy cc adds another remark, seller has still not shipped. This is when I raise a ticket with ezbuy on the order 23rd November - ezbuy comes back and says seller has shipped the order to wrong address and they will cancel the order 24th November - They say they will ask the seller to ship another chair instead
Nov 30, 2017 · Had my first purchase with Ezbuy some months ago and it was my last. The product in question was faulty on arrival and repeated emails back and forth only resulted in my frustration. They offered RMB10 for compensation in terms of credits. Like others here, I would buy from Aliexpress and Taobao.
