IT IS POSSIBLE to use PayPal with Zelle. Download the Zelle app and when it asks you to link your bank click on “Don’t See My Bank” or something along those lines... the next page will ask you to link a card. That’s when you get your PayPal card and link it to Zelle and now your PayPal and Zelle are linked. Login to Me Too.
I recently saw a $0 Paypal Prenote transaction posted to my linked checking account. I have never seen this before. As I understand it a prenote is a way of validating account information. I did not recently setup any kind of direct deposit. Is this normal or some sort of phishing/fraud attempt?
PayPal Customer Support will occasionally call out to confirm if you made a transaction, but the phone number will never be hidden. It would also be regarding a transaction that you can see on your PayPal account and in a language that matches what you have as your primary language on your PayPal.

I am experiencing the same thing, I am with AT&T, one of the largest mobile company in USA, not sure if that matters, but AT&T is not blocking paypal whatsoever, it's definitely a paypal issue, please, paypal, you are losing money and making life hard for us loyal users, please fix your backend system to allow mobile text to go through.
Wasn't a fraudulent charge for me - but I did double check with PayPal. The phone number is a PayPal phone number. The charge appeared because I ordered something online, used PayPal as my payment method, BUT chose to use a credit card not associated with my PayPal account.
Paypal is not available in your country. If you try and use a paypal account for another country then you won't be able to verify it and if you do manage to receive funds the account will soon be limited and you may well lose said funds.
