Aug 20, 2023 · Ensure that your device and browser is completely up-to-date. Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.

The requirement is to allow an administrator logged into Shopify's backend to act as if they were logged in as a customer. We use a Shopify App called Discount Ninja - extremely flexible discounting tool. However, if we initiate a cart or order on behalf of a customer, the admin users does not get to see the discounts that apply to the customer
