Nov 10, 2023 · The portal is accessible via the SG Arrival Card e-Service or via the direct URL: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/epassenquiry. Foreign visitors will need to key in their Disembarkation/Embarkation (DE) Number, or passport details to retrieve their e-Pass.
All foreign visitors entering Singapore must submit the SG Arrival Card for arrival immigration clearance instead of the paper-based disembarkation/ embarkation card, which has been discontinued since 27 March 2020.
