PS4 doesn’t have an AMCPlus app. But yeah, the subtitles don’t work. They only appear and disappear if you go in and out of full screen. This is extremely frustrating because I have audio processing issues. It’s so much harder to follow movies without subtitles, and sometimes I’ll even miss entire plot points.
Nov 29, 2021 · CONTENT: As far as content, some things get posted on Shudder and AMC+ at the same time, but some stuff do premiere on Shudder before premiering on AMC+. For example, when PG: Psycho Goreman came out, I was able to watch it on AMC+ the same day it came out. But when the Creepshow Holiday Special came out, I had to wait like 2 weeks.

I dislike this shitty anti-consumer refund policies, bit corps get away with it for no damn good reason. We live with our phones. I always put end dates of subscriptions in iPhone calendar.
Sep 30, 2022 · AMC+ is really screwed up. The sound on the AMC+ iOS and Android (fire TV) is just poorly limited to stereo. However if the subscription is through Apple TV channels sound is better. So I thought I may look into switching my subscription from directly through the AMC+ website to Apple channels.
Jun 11, 2022 · Some of it has to do with the contract they have with Netflix that pre-dates the creation of AMC+. Seasons 1-5 are on Netflix. The most recent season goes there as soon as they start airing the current season. As for Season 6, they basically put an expiration date on each episode. (I don't know if that has to do with their Netflix deal or what.)

With Amazon Prime or Apple TV Channels, you get a better picture as they both stream with 2-3. times higher bitrate over the app. You also get Dolby audio with surround. Oct 18, 2021 · Honestly amc+ is great but Shudder is a small horror only streaming platform which is super rare and should be supported! Keep supporting Shudder so they can keep growing and making more original horror movies and getting more people into horror! AMC won't have much Shudder doesn't already have.
Apr 11, 2022 · It looks like they accidentally encoded it through a de-interlacing filter or something. I purchased the episodes on Vudu and they look perfect there. 720i doesn't exist. I'm using my laptop, with Windows 10 and Google Chrome. According to the content itself, the maximum resolution available is 1152x648, around 720p.

It was available on the AMC+ channel for Prime Video, but we had to subscribe to that channel separately, effectively paying for AMC+ twice. It’s been a year my membership expires at the end of the month. I made sure to cancel on the AMC+ website thru my account. I’ve checked out AMC+ now thru the ROKU, Apple TV & Amazon ...
