Hit Home icon in panel header. You get the page with the QR code. A old bug, but my workaround is fine with 4.1.2369.11. Stable.
Aug 6, 2017 · If I remember correctly, you have to add a panel with the URL web.whatsapp.com, "Show Desktop Version" and then reload the panel (right-click inside of it and choose "Reload"). Clicking the Home button at the top of the panel did not work and would break the panel again, I think. Windows 10 21H1. Vivaldi Snapshot 4.2.2406.25.

Using it in a normal web page doesn't cause this issue. OS: Fedora 36 5.18.19-200.fc36.x86_64. Vivaldi: 5.4.2753.40 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit)

Nov 28, 2021 · Solo tenia que marcar las opciones "Modo de Escritorio" y "Individualizar ancho" y luego reiniciar Vivaldi. Pongan este tema por solucionado, por favor. Gracias. Hola Pues lo que escribí en el titulo: quería poner WhatsApp Web como panel web y no se mostraba a pesar de que en modo normal si lo hace.
Aug 12, 2019 · 12 Aug 2019, 04:21. @dulcetAirman. Add web.whatsapp.com as a web panel. Switch the web panel to desktop mode. Press the "House" button in the top right of the panel. Now right-click inside the panel and choose "Reload". WhatsApp should now load properly. Next time you see the "Update Chrome" page, repeat step 4.
Sep 5, 2020 · Hi all, I'm LOVING Vivaldi right now, my only gripe is on the behavior of the web panel specifically on Whatsapp web, which makes cpu spike to 100% for a solid 2-6 seconds whenever I try to open an image, show my sticker gallery or sometimes generally when interacting with the chat window. This did not happen in the last version or second to last.
Feb 12, 2020 · It's very useful because I spend a lot of time on the computer and it's easier to type on a real keyboard than on a mobile phone. I know I can simply use Whatsapp Web, but probably the biggest advantage for having it in the sidebar is that I can get the notification there and it's easier to spot them since I have the browser opened all of the time.
