It is an item found in saltwater, so it should be available on the above two locations, but Underwater Sanctuary mostly gives Seaweed, so the chances of it being available at Vertigo Beach are more.
Nov 18, 2021 · While listening to message in a bottle I felt like it sounded a lot other songs that I couldn't quite place. Not necessarily the lyrics but the actual sound of the song, the first two I immediately thought of were rewrite the stars and firework.

Sep 28, 2023 · Near the end of my journey through act 1, I stumbled on a little cave with a bunch of fish people in it worshipping a fake version of Bhaal they summoned out of their friend's corpse. After I cleared it out, got Shart's inspiration for killing the God first, I explored around and found a message in a bottle near a little dock place there.

Dec 29, 2020 · So in otherworld there is this lake with a dock on the right side and a bottled message in it. After you open it there is a riddle (something about pizza, cant really remember) that you need to answer with the name of a party member. I answered with KEL then the bottle got thrown into the lake, nothing else happend, at least nothing visible.
