If the email you're trying to send contains a large attachment, kindly remove the attachment and try re-sending the message to see if that makes a difference. Also, verify that Outlook is not set to work offline. Click Send/Receive >>Work Offline.

Verify if the email account settings are correct from your Internet Service Provider. Also configure any test account in Outlook and check if you’re able to send/receive emails in Outlook. Thank you.

Based on the message header that you have provided, it could be possible that your mailbox is full that's why the messages could not reach you. I would suggest that you delete emails on your account to free some email storage space on your account.
Sep 9, 2010 · Replied on March 28, 2017. Report abuse. If the Word (2013 version) is running in Safe mode, mail merge will not work and it will not create messages in outbox for sending. Try restarting your Word in the normal mode and re-run the mail merge.
