May 2, 2023 · It appears to be an issue with Roblox itself rather than NTDLL.DLL. The first Roblox help article was for connectivity, not starting the game. I have tried the stuff in The CPU Guide & Saint (I skipped the ones that I knew wouldn't help) The second Roblox help article was also not related to my problem.
