(1) The minimum TOL fee is based on area of 100 sqm. (2) Rates are only applicable for event with ancillary sales / product promotion area (including dining area for F&B booths) that is not more than 30% of total area.
SLA rents out vacant State lands and buildings through Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) and Tenancy Agreements (TAs). TOLs are generally for a short fixed term or can be on a monthly or yearly renewable basis. TAs are for fixed terms, up to a maximum of three years per term.
