Jan 8, 2023 · Get the W Connect app. https://wbaworldwide.wba.com And pick US and then click Walgreens. There will be a link for people central. Must have two factor authentication set up though. And I’ve found it will only load once without clearing your cache. But if you click to open in an incognito window it will work.

May 12, 2022 · Submitted a refill request yesterday for a prescription that has refills on it and the status says "Pending. Your Rx Order is Awaiting Processing". It's been stuck like that since. I've never seen this before and was wondering if anyone knows what it means. Edit/Update: It was an eRx issue. Called the doctor and they took care of it.
Jan 24, 2023 · On your Walgreens app make sure you change your "preferred store". Make sure you are signed up for "text alerts" from that pharmacy. Call the pharmacy (you want it transferred to), hold the line till you can speak directly with the Pharmicist. Ask him/her if it can be transferred and filled. Ask estimated wait time. Wait for a text alert.
