I've added my post to the growing number of BT email users posting on the "email disconnections have returned" thread who are also experiencing this problem. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. Although I tick the box "keep me signed in" I get.
Mar 27, 2024 · Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine. Been like it 3 days
Dec 12, 2023 · Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

You can stop it doing that by going into the settings found by clicking on your username at the top right then go to "Mail" in the left hand column and in the General Settings that is opened untick the box "view next mail after delete/move". 1 Rating. Sep 28, 2023 · Signing into email constantly. Had a message pop up when signing into mail last week saying that I had to sign in separately from My BT to view mails from now on. Not a problem as I rarely use My BT & sign into mails directly. Possibly coincidence but since I saw this message, mail will log me off after a few hours.
