Busanjin District is a gu in central Busan, South Korea. It has an area of 29.7 km 2, and a population of about 410,000. The name is sometimes abbreviated locally as "Jin-gu". Busanjin District is home to a major shopping, entertainment, and business area called Seomyeon.

- Seomyeon Pojangmacha Street / Pojangmacha stalls. Head to the night-life district of Seomyeon in Busan at night to enjoy an epicurean experience in these street-tents, open until the wee small hours.
- Seomyeon Underground Shopping Center. Seomyeon is shopping central in Busan and whilst most of the main chains are located along Seomyeon Shopping Street, Seomyeon Underground Shopping Center is the perfect place for all-weather shopping or to escape the cold in winter.
- Jeonpo Cafe Street. We first became aware of Jeonpo Cafe Street in Seomyeon when we spotted huge coffee cup signs hanging from various street lamps – so if you see a huge coffee cup hanging down, you know you are on the right track to Jeonpo Cafe Street.
- Seomyeon Shopping Street / Seomyeon Young Street. The main outdoor shopping area in Seomyeon, this is where all the cool kids hang out day and night (hence why it is also known as Seomyeon Young Street).
