WHEN A DEATH OCCURS. The family of the deceased is to provide the following to TRP during the collection of deceased from hospital / home. The Original Certificate of Registration of Death (COD) (for documentation purposes) and a photocopy of the COD. A suitable photo of the deceased for photo enlargement.
