Shafi can be found in a based linked by a tunnel near the Island Boys, the entrance is located in the Tiki Outpost, in the Third Sea. If you are having a hard time finding him, go to the right after entering the island through the main arch.

Al-Shafi'i belonged to the Qurayshi clan of Banu Muttalib, which was the sister clan of the Banu Hashim, to which Muhammad and the Abbasid caliphs belonged.
