I have the same problem, origin often just refuses to download or update battlefield 4, I think it has something to do with the cloud servers they use to distribute that game, it's the only game on origin that gets any traffic. The other games install and work fine.

So your max speed is closer to 70-100 MB per second (insanely fast though). I myself have 100Mbit up and down, and i'm also having issues with Origin download speed at the moment (all day actually). I normaly download with my max speed, around 11-12 MB per second, but today it goes between 0 (!) KB/S to around 700KB/S.
