Feb 20, 2017 · Speed of bullet after leaving the barrel is 700m/s. Barrel length is 0,365m. and to find the acceleration i used the formula: v 2 - v0 2 = 2as. a : acceleration. s : distance. v : end velocity. v0 : start velocity. and I end up with a = (700m/s 2 ) / 2 * 0,365m. a = 671232.87m/s 2 which to me seems like a waay to high of an acceleration.
