The only $100 item you show is Lookout Premium, which is not a Journey product. That being said, if you did pay for Lifetime Membership, not Premium, you should very likely have it active if you are logged into the same Google account you purchased it from. Premium is only on Android devices, Membership unlocks across all platforms.

Unless you have a backup somewhere, it would not be possible to restore hidden app data once it is deleted.
