Feb 9, 2023 · I used Klook a lot on my prepandemic trip to Japan and SK. Not for Sim cards or passes specifically, but for entrance tickets, tours and the like. Always worked like a charm for me. I've used klook for pocket wifi, USJ tickets, TeamLab tickets, no issues. klook is great and has a very good reputation.
Jun 29, 2023 · You must bring this voucher to Japan in order to exchange for the pass. The official JR Pass site just sends you a confirmation email you show them. I got my 21 day pass via Klook and it worked just fine. They ship the physical voucher to your house (outside of Japan). From then, you won't need Klook at all anymore.

Booked Four Seasons via Klook for a Covid staycation. No problem with it. I'm sure it's legit, but it's always best to book directly with the hotel in case anything goes wrong. Third-party sites are notoriously difficult to deal with when something doesn't work out as planned.
A friend of mine came to visit about 2 weeks ago, I picked him up at the airport. He bought his SIM card via Klook with no issues. They did not ask him for a passport sized picture, but they did scan his passport. Counter opened at 6 am, which was the only annoying part since his flight arrived at like 4:50 am so we had to sit and wait until 6.

Extremely Disappointed with Klook's service and customer care! Beware! Our experience with Klook's airport transfer service at Narita Airport was nothing short of disgusting. We booked our transfer while in transit in Dubai, specifically requesting a 6 PM pickup time and even providing our flight number for added clarity.
Jul 13, 2022 · Yes but grab isn’t banned. There’s a grab lounge right outside the pick up area. Just order the Grab then go to the grab lounge and wait for the driver to arrive. Yes it's reliable. I had used it in May. It is also much cheaper than other taxi services in bali. Just get the bluebird at the airport.
