Your renewal application may be submitted upon email notification from IES regarding the matter. Processing time for renewal application will be 6-8 weeks during peak period and 2 weeks under normal circumstances, based on first come first serve.

Civil & Structural RESIDENT ENGINEER (RE) ACCREDITATION. Note: . Application Fee: S$21.60 (non-refundable) and Subscription Fee: S$64.80 per calendar year upon approval. Payment by NETS at IES or cheque made payable to IEH-ACESing Joint Registry.
If your certification has not been renewed for more than 3 years, you are required to re-apply for RE/RTO certification; PE Endorsements are required on the application form and supporting documents as per any new application.

For RE application: (a). Is a professional engineer in the civil or structural engineering discipline. (b). Possesses a university degree or any other professional qualification. (c). Possesses a postgraduate master's degree or doctoral degree in. (d).
Upon receiving the notification letter, you are required to re-register your IC within one year from the date of the letter at a subsidised fee. Login to our e-Service using your Singpass to complete the online application form upon the notification by ICA.
