The only way a virus can get to you is if the torrent itself has a virus in it (as would be the case for any torrent). Mar 6, 2020 · But enough of a difference to notice and develop a preference. Picture is still noisy, but sound is a lot better than YTS. All the folks doing ~5gb 10bit x265 releases are my sweet spot these days, small enough to still fit a couple thousand movies on a drive, and not remux quality, but look better than Netflix at least on a 50" 4k TV.
Jul 24, 2023 · It’s most noticeable in dark scenes and fast paced action scenes. It’s especially noticeable in dark action scenes. With that said YTS versions are still perfectly watchable and if it was the only option available or if I was severely space limited or bandwidth limited it would be fine. I just prefer the best available option.
Jun 16, 2020 · Unfortunately YTS only started to use 5.1 in 1080p recently, so older releases use stereo AAC at 128 kbps, which even then are better than the old YIFY rips. So I hope this information is somewhat useful and certain people understand that YTS is an actually acceptable choice for what they offer if people want to consume these rips.
Apr 14, 2022 · One thing you may consider (although perhaps it's even less convenient than dealing with pop-ups) is to use the yts.mx developer`a API to either download your torrent files when needed, or to just download the .torrent files for all 35,000+ films all in one go.

Jun 14, 2020 · The bitrate of a YTS 4K release is comparable to a UTR 1080p release despite having 4x the resolution. Bitrate and quality aren't 1:1 but it is a pretty good indicator. My guess would be that, on the same display, YTS4K would be similar but slightly worse quality than UTR 1080p. 2. Share.
