Klook is a popular app that works directly with attractions and destinations to make booking travel activities easier and cheaper than traditional travel firms. Open up the Klook app on your smartphone or tablet.
Locate the Klook icon on your smartphone or tablet and press on it to open it up. If you don’t have the app, visit your app store and download it for free.
You’ll need to be logged into your account on the app in order to contact Klook through it. If you don’t have an account, you can make one in a few minutes.
Select the “Account” icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Look to the bottom right-hand corner for the silhouette of a person with the word “Account” beneath it. Press on the icon to bring up your account settings.
Press the “Help Center” option to pull up the help menu.
Log in to your account on the Klook website.
Open up your web browser and go to
Look for the option labeled “Log In” and select it. Type in your account information and click the “Log In” button.
After you log in, you’ll be redirected back to the homepage.
If you’ve never logged into the website before, use the account information you used on the app. If you don’t have an account, choose the “Create an Account” option to make one in a few minutes.
Click the “Help” button at the top right corner of the homepage.
Email Klook’s customer support at support@klook.com.
Use your web browser or the email app on your smartphone or tablet to draft an email that explains the issue or problem that you’re having. Put your account information in the subject line of the email so they can pull it up and better assist you. Request that they respond to you as soon as possible.
Include your phone number if you want Klook to call you.
If you’ve already taken steps to try to fix your problem, explain them to Klook so they don’t tell you to do something you’ve already tried.
Send a message or post to Klook’s Facebook page to reach them.
Klook maintains an official Facebook page called Klook Global. Pull up their page and write a post that details the problem or issue that you’re having and post it to their page. You can also send them a message through their Facebook page so they can respond directly to you.

Mar 12, 2021 · This forum is not connected with Klook, but questions are raised and answered by members of the public. You'll need to ask Klook directly. As far as I know, they don't have an office there, but I could be wrong.
