Oct 12, 2020 · John Carpenter's films have a really eerie and spooky atmosphere, helped by excellent soundtracks which he often helped compose. They also capture this sense of isolation and hopelessness which I find a lot more creepy than the stuff Craven directed.

Plus a big shoutout to Prince of Darkness and In The Mouth of Madness. Then he made Big Trouble aswell. And Christine. Aaaand, Starman. I am biased though.
Aug 12, 2024 · While details are limited, both games are apparently being developed in conjunction with the producers of the Halloween franchise. What's more, one of the games is being developed in Unreal Engine 5, and will include input from original director John Carpenter.
