Warner Cheuk Wing-hing (born March 24, 1959) is a Hong Kong administrative officer, former police officer, currently Deputy Chief Secretary for Administration, and former Permanent Secretary of the Innovation and Technology Bureau.

He rose to the rank of Administrative Officer Staff Grade A1 in 2017 and retired as Permanent Secretary for Innovation and Technology in 2019.
