Dec 4, 2016 · 新派中餐厅森（Forest）坐落在圣淘沙名胜世界的逸濠酒店（Equarius Hotel），由名厨梁兆基与太太Forest主理。 餐馆设计仿佛置身森林. 餐厅设计呼应周边自然环境，我在白天到访，引入户外自然光线与大片绿意，室内可以看到开放式厨房的厨师动态，但少了嘈杂与油烟味，设计焦点是天花板上开枝散叶的木制大树，墙面上的绿意呼应桌面上的大盆鲜花，整体设计带给食客仿佛置身森林的感觉。 一般上吃中餐都是点一桌菜大家共享，这里的创意中餐结合西式概念，采用一人一份的西式摆盘与上桌方式。 以西餐概念来想，一道前菜、一道主菜、一道甜品，不需要点用多道菜式，已经是相当完整的一餐。 翻开菜单上的梁师傅招牌菜组别，八道选项当中除了两道比较高价的$78，中等价位的$38主菜就有好几道选项。
