Nov 4, 2018 · House of Cards Spoiler alert: Cathy Durant is still alive – proving that when a character dies on a television show, don’t believe he or she is really dead until you see the body. And at the end of “Chapter 69”, we see Cathy’s body walking around, talking on a cell phone.
