Heart of God Church was founded in 1999 by Senior Pastors Tan Seow How ( Pastor How) and Cecilia Chan ( Pastor Lia ). Pastor Lia started the first teens group with 9 youths, which grew to thousands of young people, including our next generation of homegrown senior pastors.
