小宮伸二 SHINJI KOMIYA. 波紋. それは音である。 -振幅と繰リ返される衰退- それはまた音楽のようでもある。 -旋律と調和と韻律- 僕が創ったのはほんの小さな一滴の雫だ。 その雫は水面に落ち、ゆっくリと広がる波紋をつくる。 そしてそれは別の地点から広がった幾つかの波紋と繊細に交わリあい、 さらに複雑な模様をつくる。 僕はその様子を複数の光を使って空間全体に投影する。 薄暗い空間のなかで水の波紋は天井に、壁に、床にと、あらゆる場所に弧を描く。 （あるものはゆっくリと大きく、またあるものは素早く逃げ去るように） その現象はある特定の一点ではなく空間全体のあらゆる場所に 、 同時に、または微妙なズレを感じさせながらも次々と立ち現れ、 終わる事なく続いていく。

He began his career in 1994 with Capcom, where he directed Resident Evil 2 (1998), Devil May Cry (2001), Viewtiful Joe (2003), and Ōkami (2006). From 2004 to 2006, he worked for the Capcom subsidiary Clover Studio .
