When I feel especially lonely, I focus on taking care of myself, cooking food and eating well, drinking water, wearing nice, comfortable clothes, cleaning everything in my space, bringing out extra pillows and blankets for my bed, using dry skin lotion, doing extra skincare, etc etc.
