Jun 1, 2022 · Singtel and Lendlease have agreed to enter into a joint venture for the redevelopment, where Lendlease will subscribe to 49% of the shares of the joint venture company in 2024 and Singtel will hold 51%. The joint venture company will pay S$1.63 billion to Singtel for the land cost of the development, in or around 2024.
Comcentre is a 32-storey, 140 m (460 ft) skyscraper in the Central Region of Singapore. It was completed in 1981, and is tied with One Raffles Quay South Tower and Pan Pacific Singapore as the 82nd-tallest building in the city-state. The building is the corporate headquarters of Singtel.
