I think it should also be said that since Made in Heaven relies on acceleration, if you catch Pucci early enough the difference between Normal-Speed and New-Speed wouldn't be too great yet. Its been awhile since I read part 6, but if I reemeber correctly Pucci didn't show himself immediately after gaining Made in Heaven.

Fuck is the fastest thing in the universe. Made In Heaven speed=Fuck speed. We did it Reddit. It's said that he's speed is literally infinite and that causes a new universe. Except Made In Heaven isn't particularly fast on its own, but simply appears that way to other stand users during the accelerated time.

The universe is unable to handle time going out of balance so it collapses in on itself and resets completely.
