Aug 20, 2021 · Download the preset and place it into your X-Vision install location. Open X-Vision and click "Restore from Backup" to clear all the previous preset installations. Click "Open Solution" and select "Vivid Updated for XVS 2.03.xvs". Click "Verify Solution" to see any errors, if there are none, proceed to install.

Sep 30, 2020 · Deactivate all the lines, put the vivid lua script back in your scripts folder, then start a flight. Remove the dashes from the first one, save the vivid lua script, then press 'reload all lua scripts' from the plugin menu. Do this one by one until the vivid lua script gets automatically moved to the quarantine scripts folder.
Mar 7, 2020 · I have a Vivid Sky folder, and within that are 4 sub-folders, one for each Sky, Water, Tweaks, Fog. Within each one of those is a Resources sub-folder, then a Bitmap and a Plugin folder, then a FlywithLua folder. Lets take Vivid Sky first as an example. 1. Vivid Sky > Resources> bitmaps> skycolors > bitmap files.
Aug 11, 2018 · Vivid This is a preset for the xVision shader tweak which aims to provide a subtle and realistic effect without the cinematics. Customise to your own preference. Not tested with Reshade. It is recommended to ensure "Run scripts in exclusive mode" under the Resources & Scripts tab of X-Vision is enabled to prevent other scripts from running.
Jul 3, 2020 · Posted July 4, 2020. The most "economical" FPS saving clouds are Vivid Sky. Clouds Art 3.3 looks nicer, but it's hard to use with ASXP (FPS killer in cloudy weather). I don't use paid clouds, although I'm thinking about SkyMax Pro. I use the XP version of Vulkan, which complicates the problem a bit. 😉.
Mar 25, 2023 · I recently downloaded the Vivid Sky 1.1 textures. I replaced the files in the bitmaps folder and I put the vivid_sky.lua, vivid_water.lua, and the vivid_tweaks.lua into the FlyWithLua folder. I also added X-Visibility.lua Now when I start a flight in X-Plane 11 a window pops up and says something like: "check your quarantine folder."
