RLGA is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 in Ridgefield, CT to promote women's golf. We welcome women golfers of any skill level to join us for competition, camaraderie and fun. Our 9 and 18 hole leagues play varied golf formats and weekly contests every Tuesday morning from mid April through October at the Ridgefield Golf Course.

The Ridgefield Ladies Golf Association (RLGA) plays according to the rules of the USGA and the Ridgefield Golf Course. Specific rules of play regarding weekly contests are posted prior to the competition on league days.
With RLGA: Manage 50 different state plans; Track multiple registration responsibilities; Track 50 state reporting calendars for individual deadlines; Hire multiple transporters, recyclers, collectors over 50 states; Employ administration staff to write and submit multiple plans
