Dec 7, 2023 · 1. I need to convert PDF to Excel, however, columns and tabs make many merged cells and many blank columns. In addition to not separate the columns correctly, I see many not separate lines together in the same cell. I'm even thinking that Adobe Acrobat Pro D. Guest.
Certainly in my Win 7, Acrobat 11 I can convert a single pdf file to excell (File->Save as Other->spreadsheet). But I have 200+ scanned pdf files to convert - so I need to load these as a batch to process the whole bunch. I cannot find a batch function for scanned pdf to excel conversion. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have an Excel document formatted to fit A4 paper (297 x 210mm or 11.69 x 8.27in) but when the document is converted to PDF either by "Export", "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF", the resultant PDF document dimensions are Letter size of 215.9 x 279.4mm or 11.0 x 8.5in.

Now try to convert using Adobe Acrobat tab in the ribbon. Click on Preferences. Check 'Prompt for selecting Excel Sheets'. Click OK.
